Taizhou KingPower Rubber Belt Manufacturing Co., Ltd specializes in producing automotive timing belts, fan belts, V-belts and poly-V belts, alongside motorcycle belts and forklift solid tires.

For over two decades, we have combined advanced manufacturing with strict quality control to serve customers worldwide. Our 50,000 m² facility integrates in-house rubber compounding, cord treatment, molding and finishing — giving us full control of quality from raw material to finished belt.

Today, KingPower belts power vehicles, agricultural machines, HVAC systems and industrial equipment in more than 60 countries, supplied through long-term distributor and OEM partnerships.

    From Rubber to Reliable Belt

    For controlled steps under one roof — the reason our belts perform the same, container after container.

    • Material Preparation

      Heat-, oil- and abrasion-resistant rubber compounds are mixed in-house, while high-tenacity polyester and aramid cords are dipped, dried and tension-stabilized. Controlling both ingredients from the start is what keeps stretch low and bond strength high.

    • Forming & Curing

      Compound, treated cord and fabric jacket are layered onto forming drums to exact tooth geometry, then cured under controlled heat and pressure. Vulcanization bonds every layer into a single elastic body that resists heat, oil and fatigue.

    • Finishing

      Cured belts are ground and shaped to tight dimensional tolerances. Sidewalls, tooth profiles and running surfaces are finished so the belt runs quietly, seats correctly in the pulley and delivers consistent power.

    • Inspection & Packaging

      Every batch is checked for dimensions, tensile strength and dynamic life. Approved belts are labeled, packed and staged for shipment with full traceability, so you receive the same quality in every container.
